It was not made clear that the room was entered and reacted to the key, by the room next door (which I thought was storage) and had to go down to reception for help. Also there were no instruction about the shower so again had to go down to reception to seek help to turn the hot water down to acceptable level, The restaurant was very large and the food served looked a bit like a canteen
