The hotel was part of a Christmas present voucher from our son and his family in the USA, the hotel was brilliant, staff helpful and friendly with out been in your face, room was lovely, restaurant was brilliant was good, organisation was excellent especially at breakfast time when it was extremely busy.
We still have some money left on the voucher, that we intend using later in the year and where originally thing that we might try somewhere else in the UK, but have decided to go back again to the Old Swan maybe in September.
