Arrived for 2 nights june 5th on arrival lovely welcome not to happy with 3pm keys as dosent give you a lot of time to prepare for evening however our room 159 wasent a front room as requested it was small on back of building we asked prior to arrival for front facing room but on arrival told this was all that was available we decided not to stay however we were offered a suite instead which was superb made our break so in future I will make sure I book superior room it's a old hotel but full of old charm character my husbands favorite def will be back this year food was excellent staff very polite a lovely stay
