The patio back onto the promenade by the sea, so you've got a great view but there may be passers-by. Access to this apartment is via three steps, so it may not be suitable for those with very limited mobility. There is private parking for one car in the complex's car park which is 25 metres away up a hill and additional on-street parking is available nearby (unreserved). Though there isn't a dedicated desk here, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace. You'll have your own private entrance here
