The downstairs wet room and utility room are accessed via a communal alleyway at the back of the cottage.. If you're travelling with little ones, your host provides a travel cot and high chair upon request. You'll need to bring your own cot linen.. Guests have access to all areas of the home, apart from the bunk bed room, which is out of bounds and not available to rent.. Your host provides a complimentary permit for one vehicle to park at Salcombe's long-stay public lots, either Creek End car park in the summer or Shadycombe in the winter.. Mobile phone signal can be patchy in South Devon.
