This home isn't suitable for all-male or all-female groups. It’s just a short bus ride to Brixham, Kingswear and Paignton – the bus stop is just outside your home. While it's only around a mile's walk down to the beach, it's steep going on the return journey. There's plenty of private parking here. The home is wheelchair accessible with a wide hall, and wide clearance to a ground floor bedroom and bathroom . The ground floor bedrooms are interlinking and the double room can only be accessed through the room with a sofa bed – they share a single en-suite. A travel cot, high chair and baby equipment are available for little ones.
