The home can accommodate up to ten adults, plus two children under the age of 16. Given the location, a car is a necessity here – there's on-site parking available for up to four vehicles. The house and gardens are split across several levels, with some uneven steps, so the home may not be suitable for those with more limited mobility. Taller guests should note that the low beams and doorways throughout the home. One of the bedrooms has a copper bath in the room and an ensuite toilet. There is a self-contained annexe on the site – it's close to the farmhouse but not overlooked by it
