Both indoor and outdoor living areas are spacious and welcoming – with a large kitchen-diner, comfortable seating around the fireplace in the living room, a 60m-long lemon tree-lined pergola and an inviting saltwater pool – providing you with spaces to come together and socialise or find a quiet corner to call your own when you need to recharge.
Meanwhile, four en-suite bedrooms provide a soothing sanctuary at the end of a day spent doing as little as you like.There are also plenty of entertainment options on-site, with a playpen and swings for the little ones and table tennis, croquet, badminton and a boules court to incite a bit of friendly competition between the adults.
You can't visit this scenic corner of France and not do a bit of exploring, no matter how tempting it might be to stay at home. Home truths
The lemon trees are brought into the dining room from December to March, so there are no rentals at this time. Given the home's location, we'd recommend having access to a car – there's ample on-site parking available. The bedrooms are located on the first floor without elevator access, so the home may not be suitable for those with more limited mobility. There's no TV in the living room but there is a projector for casting your favourite movies and TV shows on the wall. Child-friendly amenities such as a Moses basket, cots (x3) and highchairs (x3) are available – linen is provided. Those travelling with children should note that your hosts can provide a fence for the pool on request.
