Set in the heart of Hastings Old Town, you'll discover a muddle of century-old houses, traditional pubs and artsy shops tucked between two cliffs a fifteen-minute walk east of Hastings main town.
Back home, there's a cosy and welcoming living room, with low ceilings and exposed beams that really pack a punch, plus board games and books to idle away rainy days. While the period features add interest, our favourite feature is the electric heater with the appearance of a rustic wood-burning stove – it sums up the home's blend of old and new perfectly.

The ceilings are quite low so taller guests may have to mind their heads . The breakfast bar only has seating for two people. If you're bringing little ones along, a baby cot, high chair, safety gates and children's books and toys are provided by the host . There is paid parking available at The Bourne Car Park – a five-minute walk from the home – as well as free on-street parking on Harold Street – a sixteen-minute walk away . The second bedroom is lacking a wardrobe or storage unit, although there is a hanging rail for your clothes . If you're bringing pets, please bring their beds – pets are not allowed on furniture. The host store their own belongings under the beds and they ask that you respect that space
