Britain’s first zero-waste supermarket is just a ten-minute walk in the same direction (if you aren’t tempted to stop anywhere en route, that is).
If you’re looking to explore further afield, hop in the car and reach the south-eastern edge of Dartmoor in twenty minutes, or Bantham Beach in around forty (there are closer options, but this one is the best).

We recommend having access to a vehicle to fully explore the area – there is free parking for two cars, plus EV charging available. Beach essentials including towels, an umbrella, beach blanket and snorkelling gear are included. Fans are available during the summer months.
