Head out to the hills to explore the impressive sceneries (host Jemma also offers bike rentals), then come home and soothe your aching muscles in the wood-burning hot tub. Jemma also offers a menu of wellness retreat packages at an extra cost (think along the lines of yoga and pilates classes, sound baths and meditation instructors).
And if you want to learn a new skill, you can also book vegan and raw food cookery courses – there are even creative tutorials in things like art and photography. At night, we recommend cooking up a storm in the bespoke kitchen (or hiring a private chef to do the honours), socialising with friends, and taking in your stunning surroundings.
