Just above the Promenade des Anglais, this functional apartment earned its place in our collection for its beachside location. While the terrace won't fit everyone at the same time, it does offer fantastic views of the ocean and palm-lined promenade – perfect for people-watching. We love the idea of enjoying a few glasses of wine out there as the sun slowly sets along the coast.
The interior is on the simpler side and won't be winning any design awards, but as a base for both beach escapades and excursions into Nice's nearby city centre, it can't easily be beaten.

If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.. Given the home's spot next to a road and promenade, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay. Light sleepers might want to pack earplugs.. The basic decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little sparse in parts. . The terrace only has two chairs.. The kitchen is limited in counter space, but it has everything you need to whip up meals at home.
