This is a basement apartment with a patio that looks up to the sidewalk so there is natural light and fresh air but it can get a bit dark. There is no lounge seating - so if you want to unwind at night binging on Netflix it will have to be in bed. With a few flights of stairs to climb and quite a few sharp corners, this home is not suitable for young children or those with limited mobility
