This Provençal-style villa in the Côte d'Azur has a wonderful terraced garden to take advantage of the area’s warm climate. There are lovely views towards Mandelieu from the upper levels and the garden has an abundance of flowers and classic Mediterranean plants such as scented lavender, jasmine, lemon, and olive trees.
There is ample space for sunbathing around the gated pool area, which also has a poolside shower and there's a summer kitchen, table tennis and a floodlit boules court too. When you feel like exploring, the village of Peymeinade is just a ten-minute walk away, where you’ll find several restaurants and shops including a supermarket.

Various terraced grounds, steep steps and unprotected drops mean that children will need supervision in parts of the grounds, although the front lawn and separate pool area are enclosed. . There's a poolside shower and WC.. The bed in one of the single rooms is a standard single, 90cm wide, while the remaining single beds in the house are 80cm wide. There is also a folding bed available which may be moved. (The maximum capacity for this home, though, is ten guests).. Le Havre port is a ten-hour, fifteen-minute drive, while Nice airport is forty minutes.
