This stylish four-storey home is an old brewery cottage in the centre of Salcombe, a stone's throw away from the waterfront, restaurants and shops. It boasts high vaulted ceilings, an open plan design, and three outdoor terraces with stunning views of the harbour. The top floor leads out onto all three terraces with outdoor furniture including an outdoor shower on the upper terrace.

Access is via a small, cobbled courtyard and all of the full bathrooms are upstairs so this place may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. The living area is on the third floor so you'll need to be comfortable climbing a lot of stairs.. Your host can provide two single truckle beds to add to the main bedroom should you need them and a cot and high chair for infants, just ask in advance.. One of the bedrooms is in a separate studio on the upper terrace for those that appreciate more privacy.. As there are drops from the terraced garden areas, children should be supervised at all times outside.. You're in town but there is permit parking for up to one car a five-minute walk away.
