When the weather turns, a dedicated cinema room with a large projector screen offers a convincing alternative.
Warwick Avenue Tube is a five-minute walk, the canal-side neighbourhood with its cafes and independent shops is three minutes away, and Little Venice's picturesque waterways are a ten-minute stroll. All in all, we think this is a comfortable base tucked away in one of London’s quieter – and most charming – locales.

Air conditioning is available in the cinema room, the basement bedroom, and in the living room on the lower-ground floor – but not in the other bedrooms. Your host provides standing fans for those rooms during summer. If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, high chair, and safety gates. Request them in advance to make sure they're ready on arrival. The small built-in TV in the second bedroom doesn’t work and cannot be repaired – but with the other TVs and cinema room, you’ll still be well covered for viewing.
