The building itself also has internal stairs at both the front and rear entrances, so it isn't suited to guests with limited mobility. There's no parking at the apartment, but both New Town and Old Town are very walkable and well connected by bus, so you may find you don't need a car at all. Towels, bedding, and bathroom essentials are provided on arrival but won't be replenished during your stay – if you're staying several nights, plan accordingly.
