The living spaces feature cult mid-century furniture and floor-to-ceiling glass that draws in the surrounding woodland – light and landscape do the work here. Outside, a pool terrace sits beneath a canopy of trees, and more than an acre of truffle fields surrounds the whole place.
When you're ready to venture out, Cahors and its Roman ruins are a twenty-five-minute drive, and the cliffs and vineyards of the Lot River Valley are well worth the trip.
