You'll reach the apartment via two flights of narrow, steep stairs – there's no lift and about 40 stairs. It's worth bearing in mind if you have heavy luggage or limited mobility.. The building entrance sits in a back lane off the main street. It can feel a little unexpected on arrival, but it's easy to find with the detailed instructions your host provides.. Given the central New Town location, some street noise – particularly on weekend evenings – is part of the deal. The apartment comes with earplugs if you need them..
