There's a half-floor lift here, but you'll still need to climb some stairs to reach the entrance of the apartment.. As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the bathroom.. Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am.. Parking in Nice can be tricky, so we recommend exploring on foot or sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible. .
