A car is recommended here – Saint-Gervais village is a six-minute drive and Megève is fifteen minutes away, so you'll want your own wheels for restaurants, shops, and exploring the wider area. If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot. You'll need to request it in advance. There is no lift in the chalet, so you'll be using the stairs between all three levels throughout your visit – worth bearing in mind if anyone in your group has mobility considerations.
