The apartment is on the first floor and there is no lift in the building, so you'll be using the stairs to get in and out with your luggage and ski gear.. The washing machine and dryer are in a shared laundry area rather than inside the apartment – handy for longer stays, but not exclusively yours to use.. The centre of Les Houches is a short drive rather than a walk from the apartment, so you'll want a car if you plan to pop into shops or restaurants in the evenings.. You'll have access to the on-site sauna, swimming pool, and Jacuzzi here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
