This much-loved home offers a fantastic location two minutes from the seafront. Hove's colourful beach huts are a short walk away, while Brighton Palace Pier is about a forty-minute stroll along the coast. The design is a tad dated, sure, and it could do with some TLC. Still, this pad is roomy and comfortable.
Unwind on the chaise lounge or curl up in the window seat with a good book. Just note that you'll need to climb stairs here and that there isn’t a TV – we think it's worth it to be right near the sea.

Home truths
This is a lived-in home. Some of the decor is a little dated and it could use a little TLC. However, it's generally clean and the location is excellent if you're keen to be near the seafront.. Given the age of the property, expect some creaky floorboards.. There isn't a TV here – we suggest bringing along a book for downtime.. This apartment is on the first floor of a building without a lift. It's approximately thirty steps to reach the entrance. . Please note that noise in outside areas isn't allowed between 9:30pm and 8am, out of respect for the neighbours.
