Though the location is the biggest highlight, we think the apartment itself is a practical option for fuss-free visitors.

At full capacity, one guest will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area. However, given the size of the space, we think this apartment is best for two guests.. This home requires stairs. There are nine steps to the building's front door, plus another fourteen steps to the apartment on the first floor.. The communal areas of this building, including the staircase, might appear a little worn and dated in parts. The outdoor terrace also looks a little tired and isn't the most comfortable. We think it could be spruced up.. For group bookings, all guests must be at least 25 years old.. Parking is tricky in Brighton and this home doesn’t have a designated space. We suggest exploring on foot or using public transport to get around, rather than driving.
