Since the photoshoot, the cot in the nursery, now the sixth bedroom, has been replaced with a single bed.. . Two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in a separate bedroom.. . The single bed is best suited to a child.. . This home has A/C in each bedroom except the room with the sofa bed. Fans on request.. . This home is spread over five floors with no lift.. . There are external CCTV cameras outside, however, there are none inside.. . There is construction next door from August 2024 onwards. Noise and activity will be noticed between 8am-6pm mid-week, and 8am-1pm on Saturdays.. . The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.. . Your host requires you to sign a digital rental agreement prior to your stay for security and insurance purposes. They'll send this after the booking is confirmed.
