We were a party of 12 celebrating a 30th Birthday.
The food was presented well. But lacked flavour and quality. Tinned mushrooms were used on the pizza and it was over cooked. The onion bhaji s were burnt. Which were replaced with the samosa The vegetarian Thai green curry was bland and the rice lacked salt ! I could you get the must say the restaurant staff were very accommodating and friendly. Is this really 4 * restaurant quality ??
The "SPA" was not a spa. The pool was over chlorinated and unclean. The steam room was dirty with brown stuff on the floor. The sauna was okay. It was not a relaxing environment which one would expect for a hotel with a "SPA".
The classic and deluxe rooms were clean but had no air conditioning and became very hot at night.
However the treatments were very good and relaxing.
