The hotel stay was very good.
Only one issue on arrival a charge of 50 was made on my credit card ( most hotels I have stayed at only take credit card detail at this stage} On settling payment for extras a further charge of 50 was taken from my credit card. I assume this should have been a credit.
This did take the edge of our stay somewhat and would the error have been noticed and corrected If I had not contacted the hotel
