Jury's out on this in parts!

Scouting visit for possible shoot season visit.
Lovely location, welcoming reception and lounge area, comfortable well appointed room. Bottle prosecco nice touch and appreciated. Food is subjective good for me my partner less so.
Staff mixed bag, bar lady and breakfast staff friendly but one young man was either new or disinterested or couldn't fathom how to deal with people without an app!, no personality, seemed to lack training gave another couple at the bar a gin and soda when asked for G&T and served them Bacardi and coke in a pint glass!! next morning took breakfast orders to wrong table, totally unsuited to hospitality imo. Not sure if would return unless a suitable offer/deal on.
