Parking Facilities
There is no parking available on-site. The nearest car park is Q Park Deansgate North (next door to the hotel), postcode M3 7WJ. Discounted parking is charged at £18 for 24 hours and is validated at check in. Take a ticket at the Q Park barrier, then when you arrive at CitySuites inform a member of the reception team that you have a ticket and they will validate it for you.

Disabled Access
CitySuites main entrance is located on Chapel Street. There is a dropped kerb and access ramp for level access. Upon entry to the hotel step free access is available to the reception and all parts of the residence including all bedrooms via the two guest lifts. A member of staff will always be available for any assistance that may be required.
The Swimming Pool is located on the ground floor and the gym can be found on the first floor, both of which are accessible via guest lifts.
All 16 floors of the hotel are accessible by lift.
All apartments have been designed with wide access corridors and wide entrance doors, low level light switches, and power sockets by the bed.
The pool is a uniform 1.2m deep with steps leading into it. CitySuites have provided a swimming pool hoist to enable wheelchair users to be lowered into the pool or spa.
An accessible toilet and shower are provided with grab rails, alarm and shower seat.
Child Policy
They can provide cots upon request. Subject to availability.
CitySuites do not offer twin beds, all of the apartments feature comfy king-sized beds only.
When accompanied by an adult, children may use the pool anytime between the hours of 6am and 10pm.
Children can't be accommodated in the Studio or City View, family apartments are available.
