Our room key never worked we had to return to reception every time we wanted to go to our room.
20 per night for a dog the least I would have expected would be a few dog treats.
Service in the Mayflower and at breakfast appalling. The staff constantly have their back to you, so you have to actually get up from the table to attract them. The venison had run out so had the wine we wanted.
At breakfast they take forever to take your order for hot food again you have to go and look for staff.
The courtyard rooms and corridors linking to main building are in serious need of updating.
Spa had too many groups of hen party type ladies, chatting animatedly in the relaxing areas.
