Billesley Manor Hotel is a listed building and unfortunately the majority of rooms are accessible via steps only as there is no lift.
There are two fully accessible Superior rooms available on the ground floor in the main house, please contact us prior to booking to check availability if an accessible room is required. Other rooms are not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
The stairs from the first to the second floor are quite narrow, steep and winding. Please ask reception for help with luggage if required.
Children aged between 5 and 12 are charged at £20 per night - includes breakfast. Children over 13 are classed as young adults and pay full rate for meals as taken. Family dining times may apply.
Junior Suites are suitable for families and can take a maximum of one extra bed. Upgrade charges apply for larger rooms.
To accommodate a family in the guest bedrooms, in some cases a foldaway bed will be used. Should you require a cot, please ask at time of booking.
Children are allowed to use the pool only. Please note that swim times for children are: Childrens swim times are 8.30am - 10am and 4.30pm - 6.30pm Daily. Swim times are subject to change and may differ during school and public holidays.
Incorporated in the 11 acres of grounds is the 100 year old listed Topiary garden
Small dogs (up to 15kg) are permitted in selected Superior rooms in the Cedar Barns Annex - please call to check availability. Dogs must not be left in bedrooms alone.
Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant but are welcomed in the bar, lobby and reception areas and within the hotel grounds, they must remain on a lead at all times.
There are no dog friendly rooms in the Manor House. Dogs are charged at £25 per dog per night
