There is a shared enclosed garden to the rear of the property. Your host doesn't allow children under the age of 16. While a car isn't a necessity here, there's free on-street parking available nearby. If you're planning on visiting during peak times, we'd recommend booking restaurants ahead of time. There's no washing machine here, but there is a dry cleaners in Broadstairs
