This garden apartment is perfectly positioned between the beach and Whitby’s old centre. It’s a five-minute stroll to the Blue Flag beach, where a long sweep of sand leads to the Victorian Pier. You can even take the public lift from the top of the cliff and back up again, saving you a walk. Five minutes in the other direction has you in the buzzing heart of Whitby’s harbour, where fishing boats bob in the water and award-winning fish and chips can be eaten by the sea.
