The nearest pub is a fifteen-minute drive, and the cafes and bookshops of Hay-on-Wye are twenty-three minutes away.

Stairs must be climbed to reach the upper floor of the farmhouse, so this home may not be suitable for those with limited mobility . At full occupancy, there is not enough comfy seating for the total number of guests . Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones on request . There is off-road parking for up to six cars here. One well-behaved dog is welcome to accompany you throughout your stay – your host just asks that they don’t go upstairs .
