An elegant, imposing home fit for a special gathering of family and friends, this place is a real showstopper. With room for twenty-four guests in the main house, and the possibility of adding another two in the annexe, it's so big you may have trouble finding your way around. We suggest you begin your day with coffee in the huge kitchen, with doors out to either side of the home's one-acre gardens.
Contemporary and bright, its high-spec appliances will make cooking for such a large group a breeze, with two ovens and a gigantic island. After breakfast, head to your enormous indoor pool for a swim, before a stroll to the nearby deli to pick up some things for lunch. The rest of the day can be whiled away in luxury, with games of table tennis, pool and table football indoors, or a football match in the garden.
In the evening, screen a movie in the cinema room, whip up a barbecue for a lazy meal in the garden or even hire a private chef for a special meal in the incredible dining room, where vast walls of bi-folding doors open it right up to the outside space.Around the house, there are numerous comfy bedrooms and bathrooms, and there's a cosy sitting room with enough sofas for everyone to sit and chat over evening drinks.
And if you're heading into town, it's just an easy ten-minute drive or taxi ride to all the bars, cafes, restaurants and shops that Cheltenham is famous for.

The swimming pool is behind doors so it can be closed off to children. There's a single step to access the home, and two bedrooms, a shower room and a separate WC on the ground floor. You'll need to bring your own pods for the Nespresso machine and charcoal for the barbecue. Stag parties are by request. The master bedroom can be configured as a king bed and single or as three singles. Dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis. There's parking for between six and eight vehicles on the drive.
