There's a lift in the building to reach the apartment's front door. The apartment is serviced once a week, including a full clean of the apartment as well as a change of towels and linens. Well-behaved pets are welcome to stay, with prior approval from your host. The building has a secured fob-operated entrance that is shared with the twelve other apartments here. The building has an on-site concierge as well as secure bike storage. Your host may be able to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs on request and subject to availability . We recommend skipping the car here and using London's excellent public transport instead – Kensington Olympia station is a five-minute walk away
