This modern country escape on the outskirts of Bath is built on an old horse stable site, overlooking the gorgeous Somerset countryside – if that doesn't scream out sweet rural whisperings, then we don't know what will. It would make a great stay for a family or large group of friends eager to explore the UNESCO World Heritage centre of Bath – a twenty-minute drive away – as well as Bristol (20 miles), Stroud and the countryside around Charlcombe, where you can walk in the footsteps of Jane Austen herself – under half a mile from your estate.
