We've had comments that the neighbourhood can get lively and may not be suited for those looking for a quiet residential retreat.. There is one flight of stairs to reach the entrance of this home and a further flight inside, the home may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.. The second bathroom on the top level sits between the two bedrooms – this bathroom is actually just a toilet and wash basin. The outdoor terrace is accessible through the landing area in the stairwell - there's no access to it through the living area. This home doesn't accept children under the age of twelve, young families will want to look elsewhere. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available upon request only.
