Take walks in the gorgeous landscaped gardens, stroll over the bridge on the water, and as night falls gather round the fire pit with drinks. You could spend all day at this country estate, but there's plenty to see in the local area too. You're just a six-minute drive from Stonehenge, and it's worth travelling to Salisbury to visit the historic cathedral and wander the cobbled streets.

This home is not suitable for families with children under the age of 16 as the home has a running river and an unfenced body of water. It's not suitable for those with limited mobility. You'll need a car to make the most of a visit to this area, and there's private parking. You can pre-order fresh and/or frozen meals and alcohol from the host – contact them for a list. The home is ideal for a country wedding and is licensed to host ceremonies in the gardens or the adjoining barn which has an outdoor bar, indoor bar, seating for 120 and its own separate kitchen for catering
