It's part of a five-hundred-acre private estate which focuses on sustainability, with an organic dairy farm and an environmental education centre on site.
Inside, there's an open living space with a log burner and our favourite feature – the bespoke country kitchen. A private terrace provides a sunny spot for sitting out on nice days, and there are country walks in every direction, with great pubs to visit along the way. All within a short drive, you can visit Chiddingstone Castle for afternoon tea, Hever Castle for a lesson in Tudor history or Tunbridge Wells for a spot of lunch.

This is a semi-detached cottage so there's a good chance you'll be running into your neighbours. You can also book the cottage next door to accommodate a larger group. There is private parking and the estate has two electric-car charging points. You'll receive instructions for a self-check-in, so no pressure if you are running a little late. Bookings can only be accepted at least a week in advance
