Right by the Mendip Hills, a certified Area of Outstanding Beauty, and a five-minute drive from the town of Cheddar – famed for it's epic gorge as well as a certain cheese – it's one of the recently built, state-of-the-art lodges on a complex in a pretty, rural spot.
