An idyllic place for a wedding, this estate is also licensed for civil ceremonies and receptions for up to 150 people can be held in a marquee on the lawn.

All beds are zip-and-link beds, which means they can be used as two single beds or one super king. Guest can bring two well-behaved pets to this home. We highly recommend having a car in this area. There is parking for several cars outside the property. Guests receive free entry to Caerhays Garden (when open between mid-February and mid-June) and free parking at Porthluney beach. A high chair is available on request. The estate's laundry service is located in the basement and laundry can be processed on request during your stay – outside of the estate laundry operating hours, guests can access a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There's outside storage to the side of the house for bikes and outdoor equipment
