This home is on the lower ground floor and requires guests to walk down a communal staircase to reach the front door. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.. The fireplace in the living room is ornamental only.. For bookings over 7 days, a change of linen and towels are provided weekly. The king bed can be turned into two singles on request.. The host does not accept groups of people under 25 years old.. Please note that from 2nd February to 4th June 2026, there will be resurfacing works taking place on the street. These will be carried out between 8am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
