The home has small spaces and the hallway and stairs are narrow . The second bedroom is very small and can feel a little overlooked with the blinds open. There is surprisingly good soundproofing given the location, but be aware that you are right in the centre of the action, so you might hear traffic and street noise. There are two TVs but not much else in terms of entertainment options
