This is a working lighthouse with an automatic, electric fog signal. During periods of fog and mist, earplugs are provided.. The lighthouses and equipment need regular maintenance. Visits by maintenance staff may occur at any time during the year. However, staff will always try to ensure guest privacy.. Babies under 10 months of age are welcome, however, for safety reasons, children must be at least 5 years old. A cot and high chair are available on request.. This site is open to the public for lighthouse tours.. On-site parking is available for two cars. Access roads to the site are narrow.
