The ground floor has uneven floorboards – part of the cottage's 17th-century character, but worth bearing in mind if anyone in your group has mobility concerns. Guests have access to all areas of the home, apart from the upper floor and basement, which are locked for the host's personal use. The log fire is a real highlight in cooler months – your host provides a small starter pack of logs and kindling between October and March. Self-check-in is available here. You'll either pick up the keys at a nearby property or use a lockbox on the premises. Your host will confirm instructions before your arrival. Starter toiletries are provided.
