We think the apartment lacks some natural light, as there's only one small window in the kitchen. It won't suit those wanting a bright space.. Please note that this home is on the first floor and lacks a lift. You'll need to climb stairs.. You'll find a laundry room on the top floor. It's shared with other people in the building.. Noise is likely here, given the central location. There's also a restaurant next door.
