This is a detached cottage and it is down a short alley off the street. There are steps (five and then two), plus the house was originally two cottages, so there are more steps inside, from each room to the next on the ground floor.. The bath has a hand-held shower.. A starter pack for the woodburning stove is provided.. Two well-behaved pets are welcome (downstairs only).. This is a lived-in home, which we think adds to the charm. Expect some of the host's personal belongings to be present during your stay.. Roadside parking is available (with patience).. There is a pub a short stroll away.. . .
