The historic studio, once a Victorian painting room, has been home to leading artists including Patrick Caulfield and John William Waterhouse. The double-height entrance hall opens to the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining room.
Walls of glass flood the space with light and look out onto the private walled garden. Artwork by Australian and British artists is dotted around – it's a joy to explore this home. The house is tucked away down a private access road, so it’s tranquil and calm, despite being just a two-minute walk from Primrose Hill and a wealth of shops and eateries.

One well-behaved dog is welcome to join you. There is a £100 pet fee charged after booking. There’s off-road parking in the communal courtyard for one car.. Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones on request.. Children should be supervised on the metal stairs.. There’s an open office area on a mezzanine overlooking the main studio. It has a minimal balustrade so is not safe to access. It will be closed off unless requested by prior agreement. There are desks in two of the bedrooms. . This is a historic home with no air conditioning.. Please note that this host does not offer same-day check-ins and requires at least 2 days' notice for bookings.
