Home truths
The third guest will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area.. As this is a brand new building, some minor works are still being carried out on the ground floor entrance and basement parking area. It shouldn't affect your stay in the apartment, as they're relatively quiet.. If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a free travel cot and clamp-on high chair on request.. Please note that there isn't a washing machine here.. All guests must be at least 21 years old unless accompanied by a parent.. There's a dedicated desk in the bedroom if you need to work from home.. One free parking spot is provided in the building's garage.
